This is the 3rd book I have gotten from this company. I love how Biblical wisdom and principles are applied to help heal every area of life.

I have struggled with weight my entire life. I have gone to the ultimate extreme of surgical weight loss, but it has been 15 years and I have gained back much more than I would like to admit. It was not a failed surgery as I did lose quite a bit. But I have definitely gained more than I like, and I wanted to get to the root of it and figure out what is going on in my life. I am a believer, so wanted to see if this book would help me with some Biblical principles and guidance.

It was definitely a difficult book to read, but it was well worth it. I have always been impressed by the writing by this author and knew his insights would prove beneficial and enlightening. But it was a lot harder to read than his previous books. It definitely made me look at my life and my habits, as well as my attitude and spiritual well-being in a new light. I am SO glad I went through this book and I truly learned so much from it. I don’t know that I have an eating disorder, but I do have a better understanding of me and my needs.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who has issues with weight, people who DO have eating disorders, and those who work with those with eating disorders. It is a wonderfully written book that will give you the guidance and insight you need to better understand and address issues, whether your own or those of others.
