Eating Disorder Test

Embarking on a path to mental wellness can be challenging when faced with the complexities of eating disorders. The Center • A Place of HOPE is committed to recognizing and supporting those grappling with these often misunderstood conditions, providing a route towards healing and a renewed sense of self.

Do I Have an Eating Disorder?

This quiz is designed to help identify possible indicators of an eating disorder. It’s not a scientific instrument but a means to recognize patterns in your behavior and feelings. Respond to each question with either ‘very little,’ ‘often but not regularly,’ or ‘regularly/all the time.’

When you finish, submit your responses. You will immediately be taken to a page with your results and assessment. While a lower score does not mean that treatment might not be helpful, a higher score doesn’t necessarily mean formal treatment is required. But the higher the score, the greater the likelihood a formal treatment program may be helpful.
