Private Treatment. Proven Success with Lasting Results

When Success Comes with Invisible Pressure

Success often comes with pressures few people truly see. The constant demand to perform, lead, make decisions, and remain composed can quietly build into burnout, anxiety, chronic stress, and emotional exhaustion.

Many high-performing individuals continue functioning long after they are depleted—carrying responsibility while feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn for help without risking privacy, reputation, or trust.

At The Center • A Place of HOPE, we understand the unique challenges that come with visibility and responsibility. Our care is designed for those moments when strength has carried you far, but support is needed to carry you forward.

A Private Program Designed for Discretion, Depth, and Lasting Results

Whole Person Care

Healing is not one-dimensional. Our Whole Person Care approach addresses emotional, psychological, physical, relational, and spiritual health together—creating meaningful, lasting change rather than temporary relief.

This integrated model, pioneered by our late founder, Dr. Gregory Jantz, continues to guide every aspect of care at The Center today.

True Confidentiality

We recognize that privacy is not optional—it is essential. Every aspect of the Private Care Program is thoughtfully designed to protect confidentiality, dignity, and trust.

We work closely with each client to accommodate unique privacy needs, ensuring a treatment experience that feels secure, respectful, and discreet.

Fully Customized Care

There is no fixed program or predetermined path. Every element of care is tailored to the individual—from providers and services to pacing, structure, and environment.

This is treatment designed around you—not the other way around.

Who We Support

Clients come to The Center seeking support for a wide range of challenges, often shaped by sustained pressure and high levels of responsibility.

  • Burnout and chronic stress
  • Anxiety and panic
  • Depression and mood concerns
  • Substance use or alcohol dependency
  • Addictive behaviors
  • Grief and loss
  • Weight and eating concerns
  • Life transitions and identity shifts
  • Relationship strain and communication challenges
  • The impact of visibility and pressure on family and personal life

A Fully Personalized Treatment Experience

How does the Private Care Program work?

The program begins with a personalized planning process designed around each client’s needs, goals, and preferences. From the start, we work collaboratively to determine the right combination of providers, services, and level of structure. Care plans are not static—they evolve throughout the stay to reflect progress, priorities, and clinical insight.

Is the program structured around a fixed schedule?

No. The Private Care Program is intentionally flexible. There is no rigid schedule or one-size-fits-all track. Each experience is built to adapt over time, with care structured around what is most appropriate and beneficial for the individual.

Who is involved in a client’s care?

Clients are supported by a coordinated multidisciplinary team that may include licensed mental health counselors, psychiatric providers, medical professionals, registered dietitians, naturopathic doctors, fitness and wellness practitioners, and massage therapists. This integrated approach allows us to address the effects of stress and imbalance across the full picture of a person’s health and daily life.

How long is the program?

Length of stay is determined collaboratively based on each client’s needs and goals. The minimum stay is 6 days, though most clients stay two weeks or longer. Extended stays are available when clinically appropriate. The goal is to provide enough time and space for meaningful, lasting progress.

A Private, Restorative Environment

The Center • A Place of HOPE is located in Edmonds, Washington—a quiet coastal community just north of Seattle known for its natural beauty, walkable surroundings, and sense of calm.
This peaceful setting allows clients to step away from daily demands and focus fully on healing, reflection, and renewal.

Clients stay in private, thoughtfully appointed condominium or apartment-style residences designed to support both comfort and discretion throughout treatment.

For those with specific privacy, security, or lifestyle needs, we also provide guidance on alternative accommodations in the surrounding area—ensuring every detail aligns with your circumstances.

Whether on-site or nearby, the environment is intentionally designed to feel calm, dignified, and supportive.

A Legacy of Whole Person Care

For over four decades, The Center • A Place of HOPE has helped individuals restore balance, rebuild their lives, and reconnect with purpose.

Our Whole Person Care approach, pioneered by Dr. Gregory Jantz, has become a trusted model for treating the underlying causes of mental health challenges, not just the symptoms.

Today, that same philosophy continues through a dedicated team committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care for every client we serve.

Restore Balance. Reconnect with Purpose.

Success does not make anyone immune to exhaustion, disconnection, or loss of meaning. Many high-performing individuals reach a point where the pressure begins to outweigh the fulfillment.

At The Center, our work is focused on helping you return to yourself, with greater clarity, resilience, and strength.

Through confidential, Whole Person Care, clients are supported in:

  • Restoring emotional and physical balance
  • Strengthening relationships
  • Developing healthier coping strategies
  • Rebuilding energy and focus
  • Reconnecting with purpose and direction
