ReCentered Alumni Refresher Program

As summer arrives, it can offer a meaningful opportunity to slow down, reset, and focus on your continued healing journey. While this season often brings travel, gatherings, and busy schedules, it can also surface stress, emotional fatigue, loneliness, or unresolved challenges. If you find yourself needing extra support, we invite you to join our Summer ReCentered Alumni Program.
This special program offers an opportunity to refresh the tools and skills you’ve gained, reconnect with your purpose, and receive care within the supportive environment of our Alumni community.
Whether you choose a shorter stay or a more extended program, you’ll reconnect with others who understand your journey and experience the hope, encouragement, and healing that make The Center so special, along with the peaceful beauty of Edmonds during the summer season.
Our Admissions Team will work closely with you to customize your experience from start to finish. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your start date and the length of stay (2 weeks or more). In addition to clinical care, you’ll enjoy thoughtfully planned summer activities created specifically for Alumni, offering opportunities to reconnect with peers, rediscover joy, and experience renewal in a supportive and restorative environment.

Summer ReCentered Program Details

Reconnect with your Alumni peers while enjoying all that Edmonds has to offer during the summertime season. Below are program details:

  1. Customize your start date between July 1st – July 27th
  2. Customize the length – 2 or more weeks
  3. Choose your area of focus
  4. One Naturopathic appointment per week + 1 craniosacral or other naturopathic service week 2
  5. One personal training session
  6. Request your preferred housing, we will do our best to accommodate (housing is based on availability)
  7. Weekly gift cards and/or events
  8. Planned after-hours activities throughout the month!
    • Alumni BBQ
    • Outdoor music and movie night in Edmonds
    • Cooking class with Dorrie
    • Ferry trip
    • 4th of July parade
    • Plus other summer activities
