• Complete medical & nutritional testing and assessments:
• Complete Medical Work up and Exam performed by physician
• Medication reassessment – (if you are on medications, such as anti-depressants or anti-anxiety medications, an assessment of effectiveness and new prescriptions may be provided)
• Possibility of various types of blood testing
• Healthy, nutritious weekday meals (organic, nutritional emphasis)
• Reference handouts to build your “Recovery Handbook” to take home and use in months to come
• 1-hour Follow-up session, generally over the phone after your return home, to assist you with transition and aftercare planning
