Whole Person Care,
in practice.
Every therapy, every service, every provider at The Center works together as part of one coordinated treatment plan — because lasting recovery means addressing the whole person.
One-on-one sessions, four times a week.
Every client at The Center meets individually with licensed counselors four times per week. These sessions are the core of the clinical work, providing dedicated one-on-one time to explore the underlying causes of each client’s struggles and build a path toward lasting recovery.
Individual counseling may draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, selected based on each client’s unique needs, history, and goals.
Therapies tailored to your needs
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Teaches practical skills for managing emotions, practicing mindfulness, tolerating distress, and improving relationships.
Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT)
Designed for individuals who tend toward overcontrol, helping them develop greater openness and social connectedness.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Explores the different parts of a person’s inner world to promote greater self-understanding and healing.
Lifespan Integration (LI)
A gentle, body-based approach that helps the nervous system heal from past experiences and trauma.
EMDR
An evidence-based therapy for processing traumatic memories and reducing their emotional impact.
The therapeutic modalities used in individual sessions are determined at the discretion of the treating clinician, based on each client's clinical needs and treatment goals.
Lasting recovery means addressing the whole person — not just the diagnosis.
Daily groups that build skills and connection.
Group therapy is a core part of treatment at The Center. Every client participates in daily group sessions, providing a structured and supportive environment to build skills, process experiences, and connect with others on a similar journey.
Coordinated psychiatric support throughout your program.
All clients at The Center have the opportunity to meet with a psychiatric provider during their program. Psychiatric care here is not separate from treatment — it is one part of a coordinated Whole Person Care approach, working alongside the full clinical team to support every dimension of a client’s wellbeing.
