Great Resource! I absolutely loved this book! It was just what I needed at just the right time! Love that Dr. Jantz included scripture as reference so that I can go and study further what God's word says as it relates to the particular subject matter. Just sitting still long enough to read something is a big accomplishment for me. This is an amazing tool to help deal with stress. It speaks to you on a spiritual, mental and emotional level. There are some very key scriptures in the Bible that help us deal with stress that are applied in this book.
