Our program begins with a comprehensive assessment. During this assessment we will evaluate a number of areas that include:

You will receive:

• Complete health and fitness assessment
• Complete psychological testing
• Complete medical and nutritional testing
• Various types of blood testing
• Healthy, nutritious weekday meals

We will address any and all issues at play during your treatment program, offering trauma treatment, stress treatment, physical abuse treatment, sexual abuse treatment and more as needed.

Phone Follow-Up/Continuation of Care

Upon completion of your Depression Treatment Program, weekly telephone sessions for 3 to 6 months are recommended. Nearly 100% of our clients take this recommendation. Such a follow-up program is beneficial to recovery as a form of relapse prevention, and helps to solidify recovery skills while providing a venue to discuss ongoing challenges and successes stemming from your treatment program at The Center.
