Integrative Medicine, Whole-Person Care at Licensed Health Care Facility

Our individualized whole-person treatment program addresses unique individual needs stemming from burnout and stress through a whole-person approach, focusing on healing the medical, physical, psychological, emotional, nutritional, fitness and spiritual issues at play. This is truly “inspired healthcare” to help balance the body, mind and spirit. The Center is dually licensed for psychiatric issues as well as addiction treatment. This enables us to treat coexisting disorders such as chemical dependency and spiritual burnout.

Our Spiritual Renewal Program is neither a “retreat” nor passive “time away.” It is, instead, an active, productive time for dealing with burnout and stress through personal reflection, spiritual recommitment, physical restoration and emotional renewal. And whenever appropriate, family members are encouraged to participate.

Spiritual Renewal Treatment Program

To accommodate unique scheduling needs, The Center has 1-week, 2-week, 3-week, and 4-week Spiritual Renewal Treatment Programs available for those in the caring professions suffering from burnout and stress. Though everyone’s counseling and treatment program is personalized, here is a general idea of what to expect:

Our program begins Comprehensive Assessment that will evaluate the whole-person, including the following areas:

• Chemical dependency assessment
• Behavior Addictions
• Complete Mental Health Assessment
• Vocational & Career Needs
• Family Functioning & Issues
• Health of Social Relationships
• Complete Physical Health & Fitness Assessment
• Complete psychological testing and assessments:
• Complete Whole-Person Assessment by physician
• Millon Behavioral Medicine Diagnosis
• Spiritual Well-Being Questionnaire
• Complete physiological testing and assessments:
• Assessment and Nutrition Plan by our dietician
• Complete Medical Workup and Exam performed by physician
• Medication reassessment – (if you are on medications, such as anti-depressants or anti-anxiety medications, an assessment of effectiveness and new prescriptions may be provided)
• We may elect to do various blood testing, including Complete Blood Count with electrolytes and Automated Chemical Profile
• Hormonal profiles (if indicated)
• Other tests that are not listed here
• Fitness Assessment by Certified Trainer, where indicated, designed to measure a baseline of physical condition
• Access to fitness facilities and fitness classes
• Healthy, nutritious weekday lunches (organic, nutritional emphasis)
• Reference handouts to build your “Recovery Handbook” to take home and use in months to come.

Pastors & Ministry Track

This is the most discreet and complete care program available. We have a very special "Pastors & Ministry" track that is designed for 1 to 2 weeks and that offers the exclusive use of ministry experts. We work with church boards, councils, and elders on a regular basis, and are able to assist most pastors in our Ministry Fast Track 1 & 2 Week Intensives. Call for complete confidential information.

Phone Follow-Up – For Spiritual Renewal from Burnout and Stress

Weekly telephone sessions for 3 to 6 months are recommended (a recommendation taken by nearly 100 percent of our clients) upon completion of the Spiritual Renewal Program. These sessions are beneficial to solidifying relationship-building skills and providing a venue to discuss ongoing challenges and successes.
