For the readers of the newly revised and expanded "Hope, Help and Healing for Eating Disorders", thank you for trusting us to assist in your recovery. I know this is a difficult journey for you and these web messages are meant to bring you strength and courage. (If you have not yet read "Hope, Help and Healing", please consider obtaining a copy through this website. The book is written to provide you with a whole-person message of hope and recovery.)
Along with "Hope, Help and Healing" there are also wonderful resources available to assist in recovery from your Eating Disorder. Please take a moment before you leave the site to sign up for the free monthly online newsletter, The Hope Letter.
In addition, for those of you who are able, please consider ordering a subscription to the monthly eating disorder audio tapes, The Hope Series.
