Potential Gambling Problem Survey

This questionnaire is used by Gamblers Anonymous to help determine if a person has a problem with gambling. According to their material, most compulsive gamblers will answer yes to at least seven of the following questions. (Be aware, however, that even if you answer yes to only four or three or two you may not be "right" in God's sight. God may have a different standard for you than Gamblers Anonymous. Each person has a unique, individual relationship with God, and only he knows our heart and our weaknesses.)

11. Have you ever sold anything to finance your gambling?
12. Were you reluctant to use "gambling money" for normal expenditures?
13. Did gambling make you careless of the welfare of yourself or your family?

16. Have you ever committed, or considered committing, an illegal act to finance gambling?
